We organise the fault history, timestamps, trends and previous test results. The consulting scope may include prioritising further observations, reviewing findings with the team and recommending a next diagnostic step or escalation.
You receive the agreed diagnostic guidance, interpretation of available findings and recommendations for the next steps. The format and follow-up are defined before paid work starts.
